Where and when does the One Mind Summit take place?: The Summit will take place Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Friday, May 29, 2015 at Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
Is there a one-day pass for this Summit?: No, there is only a full Summit rate.
What is the cost of the Summit?: $500.00
What does my registration fee include?: The registration fee includes access to the sessions, lunch and the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a social event on Thursday evening.
Does my registration fee include my hotel room?: No, it does not.
If I do not attend the Wednesday evening social event, will I get a discount in my registration fee?: No, the cost of registration does not change if you do not attend the social event.
What is the cancellation deadline?: Cancellations must be received in writing no later than May 11, 2015, after which you will be held liable for 100% of the fee due. To cancel your registration, please email [email protected] or fax +1.888.883.EREG.
Where can I find the agenda?: The preliminary agenda is posted on the Summit Website under the "Agenda" tab. The agenda page will be updated with the final agenda and speaker information as we get closer to the Summit.
If I can't attend the event, can I give my invitation to someone else?: No, the invitation is non-transferable.
